Creating positive change is not only important in recovery but in terms of life in general. Gradual, incremental change is often the most sustainable and effective. Setting a combination of short-term, medium-term, and long-term goals is a solid way to direct that change.
What works for you when it comes to creating change and setting/reaching goals?
P.S. I meant barbell squats not DB squats. I should have just chosen Romanian deadlifts.
