Hi! In this video we show you how to create a simple Orange shader using arnold for maya.
1. We start as usual by creating on a StandardSurface shader and applying it. In this video we are using a hdri light, as that often proves a realistic and natural pleasing result when rendering.
2. We decided to make this shader purely using procedural noise in Arnold. This involved us layering up the noise and tweaking it to add detail the the bump and specular.
3. Lastly we go over how to tweak the sub surface scattering to give it a more natural look.
4.and finally we render the result
