lucky horses! :D I really hope they will enjoy it a lot, especially when you have taken so much time and effort to make it this nice for them! I rememeber you got them the huge three log, they loved it so much! I got my horses on a natural paddock with different types of trees and bushes and every winter storm makes a new big branch or three fall down and its really a nice thing for the horses really, for then it all by it self makes it more interesting and always something new every year too even if I dont do anything exept then making sure my fences are whole after the storm haha. I would love a little stream for them tho, it looks really nice for them in summertime

@Emma Massingale I noticed Dougie on the alert, starting around 11:52. Is he very "birdie?" (I apologize to all the sporting dog people, I don't know the correct terminology.) He was so alert, and definitely on the track of something! Did you see what it was? Will you be training him on, since he seems to have a good instinct?

I love your work and am always inspired by what you do and your passion for your animals, but I was really sad to see this as, horses aside, the trees are in leaf and it's breeding bird season from April onwards and so nests could be destroyed when chainsawing, and brambles, woodland, and edges of water sources are also habitat for dormice in Devon and elsewhere, and both the habitat and the species are protected under the European habitats directive as dormice begin nesting in Spring. So important to take care of nature at the same time.

I'm watching a rich English woman with a horse channel run a chainsaw what's wrong with this picture? Well the thing I hate about running a chainsaw for any real length of time is all the resetting and tightening of the chain . Well at the end of the day I suppose it's better that she's out there doing this with her trust fund than living some utterly useless jet set life style. Do go find that underprivileged protogè though. Some boy or girl out there would love the opportunity (you in particular) could provide.
