Visual art festivals are integral to a happy, functioning, and vibrant community. As some may already know, it is not an easy task to organize and produce an annual event. Many elements and contributions outside of the visual arts world are needed to make the event a reality. The final result is truly where the signs of a supportive community show.
We sat down with the some of the key organizers and sponsors of one of the largest art festivals in the lower mainland, Arts Alive, to further explore how this particular festival has impacted the entire Langley community.
