he is using a type of paper called kent paper b4,kent paper is a type of thick paper for inking and water coloring and is the go to for mangakas,b4 is the size.he probably uses a nice standard pencil for sketching lighter rougher outline sketches for the story board, and then he might of used a different pencil thats a bit more normal[or he probably uses the same pencil just different styles]and then there are nibs[or dip pens,or quills]that he uses in this picture, the main one is known as the zebra g-nib,[zebra=brand,g-nib is the type of nib,or dip pen,or quill]he starts using this one at 9:21,it is a go to for mangakas, and is also known for being hard to use because of how easily the line changes width because of pressure, but it is also the greatest one if mastered, then there is the maru nib[or dip pen,or quill]I don't know what brand of maru nib he uses, but maybe he also used zebra for that one also considering theres is pretty good too, they are used for detail and fine lines, and are used for speed lines, focus lines ex.,it is also a go to for professional mangakas and is much more stiff compared to the g-nib,and is much easier to use,but has not a lot of line variation compared to the g-nib,also used for detailed backgrounds,he starts using this one at 14:13.the ink he uses for these great nibs are a ink a pilot ink, also a go to for professional mangakas.lastly he is using ether copic markers,or brush tip markers[there pretty similar] they are meant to look like the beautiful water colors mangakas use,not quite as good, but none the less much easier to use[that goes for both]brand unknown]he starts using these at 21:55.
