I usually DO watch till the end. The main reasons are; 1, No music. 2, No annoying opening. 3, No piano music. 4, No theatrical music-laden drone shots. It's clean content. There is another fella that seems to visit all the same locations that you do. Some Biblical name (not calling out directly). I tried his content but it usually starts with cinematic piano-tinkling drama. You get straight in. Describe briefly. Walk. Talk. Film. Respect. I like to watch you more. You also respond to polite comments which is also cool.

For the most part a nice house even though the layout was odd and even though I’m one that would say the more fireplaces the better that double sided one on the side of what looked like a sunroom felt EXTREMELY out of place and in my opinion should have just been one sided in the living room… Hopefully this place will get new owners….. because I didn’t hear you say it would be demolished ( unless I missed that info )
@Whatsupmary
Hi “ what’s up Ethan thanks for showing this house that was built in year 1949 but redone in 1985 still you titled this video that’s from the 80s the year 1985 the year I was born (FYI) so cool to see! I enjoy your explores! Keep up the videos! Cool intersting random things laying around the that house. I love houses from the 80s/90s they are so cool and interesting to me.
@crizzy8373
I don’t care for houses from the 80’s and 90’s but it’s still interesting to watch!

Why no architects/builders use glass blocks anymore (except as replacement "windows for in-foundation, basement windows) is waaay beyond me. They are wonderful and classy.
@nicoletanis3703
Ethan, that plate may be Brass not gold. Thanks for this wonderful video! 😊
@shawn4672
Thanks! Great videos. Would look better if you looked straight at the lens (the viewer) when you talk to the camera (instead of looking at the video display of yourself)

I was thinking that the toilet seat was tacky. But your comment made me laugh 🤣.

My favorite explorer. You do have to break out that bigger light for dark areas though.

This house had some great 80s features (glass block, the bathrooms, the wood floors, and the kitchen-breakfast/family room at the back, and that beautiful mural!), but i'm confused why they ever added on the addition. There was already a dining room, and they had 2 rooms for living rooms before the addition, plus the original basement area was large and didn't seem to be used much for anything but storage... so odd. But it had some cool stuff left behind! I think my favourite was the metal preying mantis! And speaking of things with painful bites, i hope that whatever bit you near the end wasn't a tick! Be careful out there... thanks for another fun explore!
