Sec 69a 1. Same law ladko ke liye kyun nahi hai? 2. Ladkiya apne Actions ki accountability kyun nahi le skti? 3. Relationship ke starting me most people shaadi ka hi sochke chlte hai, compatibility nahi badhi fir?yan ladki dusre ladko se bhi romantic hai, kya court ye consider karega, lemme tell you, nahi karega. Seedha jail. 4. Police hearing ke pehle hi le jayegi. Baad me bhale innocent bhi prove ho gaye fir bhi society me aapko acceptance nahi milega, darinda declare kr diye jaoge. 5. This law can easily be used to extort money from the boy by their ex girlfriends. It's time to stand for our rights. I'm flabbergasted by the fact that nobody cares about Indian men, including men themselves.

Section 69 is a joke. This seems to be have made by people who have never dated. Bhai Kon agreement Karta he ye sab. Sometimes if you feel something, you will go for it and have sex or sometimes you want to try living in together before getting married and if it's not compatible people sometimes mutually move on. Now you are telling me the girl has immense power over a guy as I will immediately go to jail once there is a charge sheet. Bhai Kon pyar me kanoon sochta he and ye sab agreements karega...Moreover, whenever I date, I always date with intention to get married, but now I can't express that because I can get into trouble...Bhai sab dhoka Nahi dete...Kabhi Kabhi samne vala insan badal jata he to Bhi breakup hota he...and now you can get punished for that...what a joke.

You need to understand the underlying intentions to introduce the law. Abuse of Law is a greater debate in India than the law itself, leaving the reason of the LAW far behind is the main reason for the ABUSES. I'm not going to take sides here but without any hesitation this is indeed a major issue for the the girls falling victim. It's high time to remove physical relationships from the relationships before marriage. A purely physical relationship needs to be dealt as a purely physical relationship only. As for the combination of both in the relationships, desires trust. If trust is broken then the law is 100% justified.
@destinyissomething
Ай бұрын
@@vikashdudi8710 It seems you have never been in a relationship. Physical attraction is one of the biggest factor when you get into a relationship. And if you date for many years, like if you start dating at 18 and date for 6-7 years until you are ready to get married, if you think couples don't do anything in those years physically, you live in a very different world. You are implying that I need to take government's permission to be with whom I love? If two consenting adults agree to be with each other physically because they love each other, who the hell are you or the government to come in between. Government's job is not to come inside the bedroom. Let me tell you this. A friend of mine was in a relationship with someone for 6 years with all the right intentions. But the girl changed in the later part of the relationship to a point where it became toxic for my friend. He decided to break up to pursue a better life. They did not end on good terms as most breakups are hard. You are telling me that now, if the girl gets into the revenge mode and files a false claim against my friend..he has to spend 10 years in jail? I think you have never gone through a break up or seen any to even suggest government should have any business in deciding the intent of any person. Already the dowry act is misused massively against married men. Now section 69 will be misused massively against Non-married men. This is a disaster for men.

@shantanusapru

The new 'Bharatiya' laws are not only idiotic, but also pernicious!! I've been saying this ever since these 'laws' were 'passed'...! These new laws are 70-80% copy-paste from the old laws without any substantial changes (this even many lawyers have averred!) One can logically argue that if there is so much overlap between the old & new ones, then what the heck is the need to bring in the new laws, which, by themselves, would lead to a ton - a TON! - of logistical & practical issues!?!?! As is usual with this govt., this is an absolutely idiotic, un-thought-out move; doing things just to do something!); but/and wherever the laws actually have been changed, most of the changes (not all, but most) have been made to make the laws much more stringent; giving too much power in the hands of police/DM/govts! This would, obviously, lead to even more police corruption - bribery, police brutality, etc.! Human & individual rights have been relegated to a distant second place! This is very dangerous & will lead to a police state, and more harassment of citizens; more stifling of freedom of speech/expression & more unnecessary/frivolous cases, thus, further clogging the Indian judicial system! In short, the new laws are asinine & pernicious both in concept, policy & practice! Just like Agnipath/Agniveer scheme was the most idiotic & pernicious thing to occur to the Indian military & national security, so are these laws for Indian legal system, judiciary, and individual rights & freedoms...!! Yet another classic example of BJP's ineptness of framing laws/policy...Beyond a certain point, ineptness can't be distinguished from malice...and I am beyond being charitable now, and I genuinely think this was done deliberately by BJP in order to make India a more police state...in order to retain power, and try to rule in perpetuity... And, the Judiciary has let the people down with their indifference & pusillanimity...!

Write a letter to SHO with all details and a link to that audio recording. Mail it via any post and keep safe it's record 3) simultaneously file an e fir if possible or try to register zero fir at different police station. 4) simultaneously write to local magistrate , sdm with evidence. Best is to mail them by keeping the receipt of post as proof. 5) certain states have regulatory bodies like ombudsman/lokayukt where you can complaint against those govt servants at police station. 6) complaint in human rights commission of that state. 7) get a lawyer and approach courts.

@@shekarnt Let me clarify again 'Imagine these laws as tools. In the wrong hands, they can be used to hurt people, right. ☝️ In BNS (Indian Penal Code) it's like a blunt hammer, it can be used to hit anyone, but it's more likely to hit people who are already weak or vulnerable. For example, peaceful protesters could be labeled as "criminals" that can be seen from time to time since past. In BSA (Indian Evidence Act) it's like a foggy mirror where it can make it hard to see the truth right. Evidence might be ignored or twisted to make innocent people look guilty. This is especially unfair to people who are poor or don't have good lawyers that can also be seen from time to time if we observed closely. Lastly, the BNSS (Indian Citizen's Security Code) like a powerful gun it gives police a lot of power. In the wrong hands, this power can be misused. People could be arrested or hurt without a good reason, especially if they belong to a minority group. Hope you get it now ! These laws are important to keep people safe, but they can also be misused. That's why it's crucial to make sure they are used fairly, is it not ! Anyways thanks for asking how ? 🤍🙏

chatGPT response on this law 69a:Key Points and Analysis: 1. Individual Treatment Under the Law: Principle: The law should treat people as individuals, ensuring justice is based on actions rather than gender. Analysis: This principle upholds the idea of fairness and equality before the law. It ensures that each case is judged on its own merits, avoiding generalized assumptions based on gender. 2. Equality for Men and Women: Principle: True equality means applying the same standards and protections to both men and women. Analysis: When laws are gender-neutral, they promote a balanced approach to justice. This not only protects individuals from unjust treatment but also fosters a sense of fairness and respect in society. 3. Destruction of Livelihood and Reputation: Concern: Gender-specific laws can be misused, leading to the destruction of a man’s livelihood and reputation. Analysis: The misuse of such laws can have devastating effects on the accused, including loss of employment, social ostracization, and mental health issues. Ensuring due process and protecting against false accusations is essential to prevent these outcomes. 4. Impact on Real Women Victims: Concern: Misuse of the law can harm the reputation of genuine female victims, as it may lead to a general mistrust towards women. Analysis: If men perceive that laws are being misused against them, it could foster resentment and bias against women, potentially undermining the credibility of real victims and discouraging them from seeking justice. Recommendations: Gender-Neutral Legislation: Proposal: Implement laws that apply equally to all genders, focusing on the actions and evidence rather than the gender of the individuals involved. Benefit: This approach promotes true equality, reduces the potential for misuse, and ensures that justice is served fairly. Strengthening Legal Safeguards: Proposal: Introduce measures to prevent false accusations and ensure thorough investigations before taking punitive actions. Benefit: Protects individuals from wrongful punishment and maintains the integrity of the legal system. Public Awareness and Education: Proposal: Educate the public about the importance of fair treatment under the law and the consequences of misuse. Benefit: Reduces stigma and fosters a more informed and just society. Support for Genuine Victims: Proposal: Ensure robust support systems and protections for genuine victims of any crime, regardless of gender. Benefit: Encourages victims to come forward and ensures they receive the justice and support they need.

Bhale advocate bole ki men ke liye law nai aayenge. Par eksaath honge to sab kuch ho sakta hai. Sab advocates ko apni jeb bharni hai hai. Aur 3 saal me case close karna hai. Justice aur case close karne me zameen aasman ka fark hai. Jaldi case close karne ke bahaane innocent logg bhi to fass sakte hai.

Wrt to the police custody and judicial custody, why was it not clearly mentioned in the document itself in the first place..?? Also the clarification should be added in the document if it is not added... Request the team, if possible, to get to the bottom of it and have it added to the document..

What's wrong in dowry... If a father has 2 children (1 boy and 1 girl) with 2 crores of property.... Why shouldn't give 1 cr to that girl.. because she would never come to enjoy father's money....( Kyunki bitiya tohhh paraya dhan hai, jo apne ghar chala gya).......

The inclination for the Hindi name of the advocate just shows their limited and narrow mindset. Hindi is NOT the national language of India.

Article 351 of Indian Constitution states that it is the duty of Union Government to promote the spread of the Hindi language. It is in line with that. You have an issue...go to your MP and ask your MP to present a bill to amend this article.

Imagine the unnecessary burden on judges, lawyers, police and law students to shift from old to new names, numbers and codes. And old to new documents its will create confusion from 5 to 8 years minimum
