INGREDIENTS: (22-24 pcs.)
Flour - 1 kg
Salt - 1 tsp
Eggs - 2 pieces
Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp / l (can be replaced with 4% vinegar)
Butter - 150 gr
Yeast - 10 gr.
Sugar - 1 tsp
Water - 180 ml. (+ 100 ml for yeast)

Flour - 2 cups
Salt - 1 tsp
Black pepper - 1/3 tsp
Fennel - 1 tsp
Cumin - 1 tsp
Curcuma - 1/2 tsp
Melted butter - 80 gr.

Grease the gogals on top:
egg (1 pc.) + milk (1 tsp)
sprinkle with poppy seeds or bread seeds (black cumin) if desired
