METHOD
☀Mix all the above ingredients mentioned ...to the chicken pieces
marinate it for 2 hrs
after marination add cornflour and color
mix well... marinated chicken is ready
☀Now wrap the chicken pieces one by one in to samosa strips.. repeat the procedure with all the chciken pieces..
☀AT THIS POINT WE CAN FREEZE THE WRAPPED CHICKEN PIECES... KEEP IT IN AN AIRTIGHT BOX... REUSE WHENEVER REQUIRED... CAN BE STORED FOR A MONTH...
☀heat medium hot oil in a wok drop the chicken one by one in to oil. fry on medium flame till the chicken pieces get tender and the thread turns light brown.. ☀Remove the thread chicken on tissue
☀serve hot with mayonnaise
