Ciabatta is a classic type of Italian bread with a high content of liquids, recognizable by the large alveolate of the crumb, by the generally brown crust and by its crunchiness.
It's very easy to do, you don't even get your hands dirty, just a few turns with a ladle and you're done!
This version of mine is even faster, it does not need the folds and the various rests, as you will see from the video with an excellent result! Very crunchy on the outside and soft and honeycombed inside!
Good to eat as sliced as bread or to be stuffed like I did, with Broccoli and Sausage, but also in a thousand other ways!
