1) Egg Keema Recipe:-
INGREDIENTS:
6 Eggs (Boiled & Scrambled),
3 tbsp Oil,
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste,
2 Onion fine chopped,(Medium)
3 Tomato fine chopped,
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder,
1 tsp Kashmiri chilly powder,
1 tsp Garam masala,
Salt as Taste,
1 cup Water,
Coriander leaves chopped,
Cook for 10 to 15 mins..
For Garnishing
Coriander leaves,
Serve with Chappathi, Rotti, Dosa, White rice, Bread slices..
2), Vizhinjam Chicken Fry:-
1 kg Chicken with bone,
Fry for Coconut Oil,
Vizhinjam Spicy Masala Recipe:-
1 tsp Fennel seeds,
4 Kashmiri dry chillies,
2 Red dry chilly,
10 Garlic cloves,
1 1/2 inch Ginger chopped,
1 Onion medium,
3 Kanthaari chilllies,
4 Green Chillies,
1/2 cup Coriander leaves,
1/4 cup Mint leaves,
crush it into a coarse paste..
2 tsp Kashmiri chilly powder,
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder,
1 tsp Garam masala,
1 tsp White pepper powder,
2 tbsp Vinegar,
2 Sprig Curry leaves,
Salt as Taste,
Marinade well..
Soak for 2 Hrs...(store in refrigerator)
Fry for Coconut Oil,,,
For Garnishing,
Chopped onion, Fried Chilles,
Lemon slices..
