Muli Paratha Recipe | Easy & Crispy Radish Paratha | Authentic Indian Breakfast

Ingredients:
For the Dough:
• 2 cups Wheat flour (or All-purpose flour)
• Salt (to taste)
• 1 cup or less water
For the Stuffing:
• 1 Tbsp Oil
• 100 gm Grated Radish
• 3 Tbsp Gram flour (Besan)
• 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
• 1 Tsp Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
• 1 1/2 Tsp Coriander powder (Dhania powder)
• 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
• 1 Tsp Mango powder (Amchur)
• Salt (to taste)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Dough:
• Mix 2 cups of wheat flour and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
• Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough.
• Cover and let it rest for an hour.
2. Prepare the Radish Stuffing:
• Grate 100 gm radish and add salt. Let it sit for 10 minutes, then squeeze out the water.
• Heat a pan and add 1 tablespoon of oil.
• Sauté 1 teaspoon cumin seeds and 1 teaspoon carom seeds.
• Add 1.5 teaspoons coriander powder and the grated radish.
• Mix in 3 tablespoons gram flour, 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, and 1 teaspoon mango powder.
• Cook for 5 minutes and let it cool.
3. Assemble the Paratha:
• Divide the dough into small balls.
• Roll each ball into a 4-inch circle.
• Place a spoonful of stuffing in the center. Bring the edges together to seal.
• Gently roll into a 6-7 inch paratha.
4. Cook the Paratha:
• Heat a tawa on medium heat.
• Cook the paratha for 1-2 minutes until bubbles form.
• Flip and apply a little oil.
• Flip again and cook until golden brown and crispy.
5. Serve and Enjoy:
• Your Radish/Muli Parathas are ready! Serve hot with yogurt, pickle, or chutney. Enjoy!
