Ahead of time, chopped the tofu into small cubes-you’ll one firm tofu package. Coat the tofu in 1 tbsp of avocado oil, 2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast, 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, 1 tablespoon, of smoked paprika and a sprinkle of Celtic sea salt. Put it in the air fryer until crispy. Add 1 cucumber chopped, 1/4 quarter of a red onion chopped, a handful of fresh basil chopped, Two handful of fresh spinach, chopped, two avocados chopped, top with crispy tofu, and sprouted pumpkin seeds.
