120 g zucchini (4.2 oz)
100 g carrots (3.5 oz)
60 g celeriac (2.1 oz)
110 g chickpeas (3.9 oz)
30 g chia seeds (1 oz)
60 ml water (1/4 cup)
20 g cornstarch (2 tbsp)
Pinch of nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
2 tbsp yeast flakes
1 tsp soy sauce
3 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp salt
black pepper
olive oil
1/2 - 3/4 cup breadcrumbs for rolling
Dip:
50 g cucumber (1.8 oz)
100 g vegan yogurt (1/2 cup)
1 teaspoon ginger, freshly grated
Lemon thyme
