I could listen to you all day. I'm sure you hear this all the time, but your accent is so amazing 🤗 Edit: I'm from Texas so I hear it sometimes too 😂

I remember our house full of these rugs when I was small. Super sturdy. Wish my mom was alive to ask if she is the one that made them. Love your accent.

Oh My! Hope I'm not wrong. You sound Scottish. And hopefully I spelled it right otherwise my Gramma would kill me if she were still living. She was my Hero. Everyday in every way I aspire to be just like her.

Hi! Thank you for a great tutorial! I started a rug with a sisal fiber rope and hemp string, a lot of friction! But as I crochet the rug has started to bend upwards as if I've done too tight. Do you have any tips on how to do it? Do you think I have to take it apart and start over? All the best! Elin

the only tip I can give is to keep it slack put it down ar rub it around in a clockwise circle this will help the rope move around into a circle. Mine did that with the last few rows so I just kept rubbing around in a circle and it went flat.

Great video. I found I was crocheting too tightly and it was curling. It doesn't take much to make it tight!

I just kept the rope well on top of previous round this helps immensely in keeping it flat.
