Thank you so much for your tutorial. I have been dreading making this sweater for my sister because of the very complex pattern she chose. I've never done a cable stitch before, and I've now decided to use your cable stitch instead of the pattern and the sweater is looking awesome. Thank you so much for explaining this. I'm not scared of cables anymore.

I really love your tutorials and how you explain everything so simply. It’s so helpful hearing your little tips like putting your finger in a certain spot to see stitches easier. The cable stitches always seemed very daunting to me but watching your tutorials has given me a lot more confidence to try them. Thank you for being so amazing. Keep up the fabulous work you’re doing. ❤️🧶

Ya know... when someone like you takes the time to leave such an honest and kind comment to an uploader, I'm always bewildered when the person doesn't take the time to respond.. even if it was with just a quick "ty", instead of typing out a "thank you."

Hi there! I’m not sure if you’ll see my comment since this video is over a year old, but I wanted to share my experience. For years, I’ve seen people using the cable stitch in their patterns and always thought I’d like to try it. Well, with tropical storm/hurricane Debby taking her sweet time moving on, I decided to give the cable stitch a shot. Unfortunately, your video wasn’t the first one I found. The first tutorial I watched left me completely confused; they didn’t explain how many chains to start with or what stitch to use for the first row. I assumed it was a double crochet, but following their instructions was so frustrating that I just gave up. Then I found your video, and what a difference! I enjoyed making this cable stitch so much that I didn’t want to stop. Thank you for turning my negative experience with the cable stitch into such a positive one. I’m now a subscriber and excited to learn many new stitches from you. Thanks again!

OMG!!! I've been trying to make a sweater for almost a year. I'm making a cable in a Y form the top part going to the neck and the back would be plain. But I don't plan on giving up and I'm using that yarn. I made the cable in a mint green because I was gifted 1mint and 2 super saver ombre. Thank you 💖 blessings and Happy Holidays!!!
