Yes, borders intimidate me a lot. Im working on a baby blanket and am considering and stressing over what kind of border to put on it.😊

You both are so delightful! 🌺 Tiffany, I look forward to your pattern and video for the Bundle Up throw you're making, and thank you for putting out the specifics for it. The velvet pattern and video are perfection, but it is always helpful when you demonstrate in the same yarn as the newly released photos and pattern. Thank you! xo Tammy

I’m loving my 60’s. There is a little more creaking going on but there is so much room for humor now❤

How funny, today I couldn’t sleep and at 5:30 am and I turn on KZitem and on my recommended videos was Mel Robbin’s and she was speaking with Dr. Mary Claire Haver, the doctor you mentioned. Now I am for sure going to buy her books because I was relating to many of the symptoms they were mentioning.

Thank you for another fun filled and inspiring sister chat ! ❤ Lots of laughs ... where "Sometimes NOT crochet friends show up" 😅 😂😂 The patterns that evolve with changing from 1 color to 4 are fascinating- very cool! Definitely going to check out the Galveston diet ! In the midst of my foggy distactability challenges , I can't keep up with all of the gorgeous patterns , but I always make it to the end of your chats. 😊 Happy Easter !🐰

Hi Tiffany. Hi Cindy. I survived another episode of CSC and I made it all the way to the end! I LOVE the Galveston Diet! Dr. Mary Claire Haver is a God send to all women! I have lost 40 pounds since last August and I’m going to keep moving forward and going to the gym (which is critical!). Stick with it and you won’t be sorry. Subscribe to her YT channel and sign up for her newsletter. You may find you have to cut way way back on certain carbs but it will get easier. Your body is AMAZING at telling you what it needs. You will just instinctively know that you no longer want to eat oatmeal every day or you find instead of having your spaghetti and meatballs every Wednesday, you go three months without eating it. You watch and see. It’s going to be all of the hundreds of little changes that will make up the big one. Celebrate all of them! And I just love how you make me giggle through the entire show. The two of you are just wonderful! And Happy Birthday! 🌼💕🌼💕🌼💕
