Peter Best's music for this movie is addictive for me. I need a 60 minute version just to begin to satisfy my thirst for that way cool sensation it gives you. The composition captures Dundee's coolness vis a vis facing danger, capturing the beautiful Linda Koslowski (in the movie and for real), and the cat-like, smooth, unruffled way the character moved through life indifferent to the distractions of just about anything including city life . On top of all this, Peter then fashioned the melody to be something unlike anything else in that it is comforting as well as totally enjoyable. The production really crafted the instruments to give an irresistible sound and made the indigenous type of music both smooth and "Catchy" (Not easy to do). At the risk of ridicule because this music belongs to a popcorn movie, it is one the best pieces of music I've ever heard.

2016, much time has passed since I was young and remember this music from my childhood. There is one thing I noticed that I wouldn't of realized being young. The people of the past (their personalities and emotions) will never be around for the much different future and technology. This music right here puts the thought in my mind that the generation living now will die with music like this, explaining who they were with the amazing composition of sound, but the song itself will never perish, and I could expire knowing that. Time is very powerful, and the people of the past even more so. Music taught me this, as well as the emotional effect it has on us. And lastly, the music or song being made doesn't have to be advanced professionally. No. This song is simple, calming, and has one of the biggest impacts of emotions . . . and there will never be anything else like it. Just like the people of the past . . .

All the Crocodile Dundee films show Paul Hogan in his prime. Dead pan humour and a sharp script with great cinematography and performances from Hogan and Kolkowski in particular. This music captures the atmosphere of the outback beautifully. A great series of films.
