Recipe
∙ 3 crocodile steaks( 500g each)
∙ 500g crocodile pieces
∙ 2 large Potatoes
∙ Canola oil
∙ 100g smoked bacon
∙ Canola oil for frying
Braai spice
∙ 2 tablespoons of sea salt
∙ 2 tablespoons of black pepper
∙ 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
∙ ¼ teaspoon cayenne
∙ ½ tablespoon sugar
∙ 1 tablespoon paprika
∙ 2 teaspoons fine coriander
Easy Monkey Gland Sauce
∙ 1 tablespoon onion powder
∙ 1 tablespoon garlic powder
∙ 1 tablespoon celery salt
∙ 1 tablespoon braai spice
∙ ¼ cup brown sugar
∙ ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
∙ ¼ cup vinegar
∙ 3 cup tomato sauce (ketchup)
∙ 2 cups peach chutney
∙ 1 teaspoon dried ginger
Crocodile Goujons
∙ 500g small crocodile pieces
∙ 1 cup buttermilk
∙ 1 cup flour
∙ 1 tablespoon black pepper
∙ ½ tablespoon salt
∙ 1 tablespoon garlic powder
∙ 1 tablespoon onion powder
∙ 1 teaspoon cayenne
Jalapeño dip
∙ ¾ cup mayonnaise
∙ ¾ cup sour cream
∙ 3 fresh jalapeños
∙ 2 cloves garlic
