Them look very nice Jeff I would most definitely be interested in them I had a chance to buy some swivel sockets they were vintage Thorsen can't remember if they were metric highly doubt they were metric was pretty hard to come by in the 60s and I believe that was the era of them swivel sockets there was a bunch of other tools in the toolbox but the lady wanted $20 and I only had $40 with me and I had other sales to go to so I passed on it kind of regret it now But to answer your question on the 5.5 mm the only time I've used that size is back in 2018 when I was working on my 92 Chevy Blazer the ignition control module took that size to get it out and I had to go spend $8 for that little socket believe it or not and where it's at now I do not know so it's good to see that 5.5 is in the set I get some money I might be looking into thanks for the great review my friend take care

Just in case you dont know, a cat 2 hurricane packs a crap tone of wind. Lol. Thanks for this intro video of these sockets, Jeff. @jefftovani5535 Well, we came through it ok, nothing major yet that I've found. Got a few big limbs out of our oak tree by the house down. One on the roof, done took care of that , no damage. It sounded a lot worse last night than what we found. Pretty much most of Waycross (25K ppl) is without power. We live 4 miles from town on the edge of Brantley Co. Which is 100% without power. We had 100+ mph winds and gust for about 2 hours. Got our generator up n running. It will run about 28 hours on 5 gallons of gas, and I have 20 gallons on hand. So we should be good till Monday. And 2 full tanks of propane to cook on the griddle with, and we can fire up the smoker. With a freezer full, we got enough for a while. Apparently, it was a lot worse more west of us. Sounds like several manufactured homes were just sucked up and gone. Haven't found anything of them or the families that lived in them.

The Astro APT-7412 looks best to me as you can tighten the swivels if they loosen (and these you can't). I am surprised you did not bring up the lack of being able tighten them if they loosen in this video, but we all make mistakes.

I'd be very interested to see how much play develops in the joints after a few good uses. Chrome vanadium universals with pressed pins are bad for developing play pretty easily. I still want a set of the Icon 1/4 universals. I know they're expensive, but they're made with chrome-moly steel, and the pins are welded. i've just been waiting for them to come around on sale with my ITC discount.

I have the Craftsman USA sets of those. Paid next to nothing, got them several years back through CL. The guy lived near my sister and we met up at a historic grain mill in town. I also swapped out a single one for a friend that needed a replacement after he broke one and there wasn't a Sears store near him. He's now going through a relative's Craftsman tools and I bought some so far, we shall see what else I buy. LOL. Those that you showed look like nothing special.
