Great speech. is that a microphone on the table and which one is it? Also can I ask farmers carry and box step ups are part of programming for pregnant 🤰?

You can do burpees in the 1st tri. but you have to probably scale it during the 2nd and 3rd, as in the movement. Laying down on your belly wouldn't be good. Ask your coach if you do crossfit.
