Sorry for the vacuum y’all…definitely mute this at the beginning. Tried this one again a few years later and made some gains. I don’t feel like I’ve been pushing a one rep max clean but working cleans at higher reps at higher weights has paid off. Also, compared to the first time, my double unders are much improved…although watching this one it might not look like it. I started doing sets of 10 in the second round and just tried to maintain that at a decent pace. The push-ups were typically done in sets of 4-6, to keep everything relatively fresh for the heavy cleans. Overall this one is brutal and still has room for improvement but happy with the results…over a round better which doesn’t sound like a lot but when a round is about 8 minutes, that’s a big improvement in only a 25 minute workout. Give this one a go!
