Time Cap: 15 minutes
Tried this one again with a few adjustments. For starters, began with my back to the dumbbell as required (heard there was a 3 second penalty added if you didn’t) and did all 21 reps to start (somehow missed a rep on my first attempt). Then did step up burpees until the very last set to set a more manageable pace. Finally, went non-dominant hand first on the snatches because in my first attempt I had to take a break on the round of 15 so was curious if starting there would save me those 10 seconds and it did. Feel like this hurt for a longer time but worth the 24 seconds I saved. I think my first split after the 21s was about the same but I had a solid 15ish second lead after the round of 15s. Fun one but painful. Give this one a go!
