Welcome back for another installment as Fresh Coast Fitness and Crossfit Due North present the fourth of five Crossfit Open workouts. This past Friday night, our athletes revisited the very same workout that gave EVERYONE problems last year. Lots of deadlifts, lots of wall balls, lots of rowing and lots of handstand push ups.
