Score: 3 rds + 70 reps
Just couldn’t maintain my pace to get 4 rounds with this heat. The toes to bar went from “could have easily done unbroken” in first round to 4 sets necessary to finish the last round. Snatches needed a break by the end, sad for only 20 reps. Box jumps were meh, as well as the run. The real game changer on this one was the clean and jerks which I wanted to break halfway each time. Overall the heat/workout won and I didn’t reach my goal. Give this one a go!
