Very enlightening and inspiring message to us Christians in the midst of pain and suffering we are experiencing due to pandemic covid as we commemorate the sufferings and death of our Savior and Lord Jesus Christ.

Unlocking the Bible. The Bible tells us that Jesus didn't finish salvation on the cross. He didn't finish His suffering on the cross either. He was still Forsaken, Left, Abandoned by God. Lk 22: 1. Mt 27: 46. Mk 15: 43. That alone was enough for His to suffer anguish. Then He went to Hell, "Hades", Acts 2: 27--31, With Lk 16: 23--25. They are the same place. So He was still suffering. Jesus said about His crucifixion, in Lk 12: 50, I am in distress until it's accomplished. It wasn't accomplished until He rose from the dead. What was finished, Was the prophecies about Him, His life and Him on the cross.
