Nice job on the crosswinds! It’s fun nailing the hard ones.

I appreciate your straight forward approach. I'm a new Warrior 2 owner and working at getting more proficient after years of not flying. Your videos are helpful.

Love how you say out loud "Okay to go around" I'm not a pilot but have heard pilots don't understand they always have an option in case they can't land.

Thank you for your nice videos. I was curious with the iPad so close to the mag compass does it interfere?

yes but I get all of my heading information from my Aspen with its slaved remote heading and also GPS heading so the magnetic is a 3rd or 4th line backup. If I really needed it I would take the ipad down for correct heading.

So the wing camera. Is that a 360 camera that you choose your views when you're editing? What make and model?

yes, GoPro Max. Can choose views and pan in editing but takes a bit of work as it has to be processed from the GoPro 360 format to equirectangular format then imported to Final Cut.

@@5holeaviation Are the tools within GoPro to convert it or is it separate software or done in Final Cut? And I assume it's permanent mounted as opposed to suction cup on the wing? lol. Enjoy the videos. Just found you from an old post on POA. I'm a commercial/instrument pilot and love the IFR videos. I'm at KOPN in GA not too far away. Watched several already. Keep it up.

@@brianparkman8183 GoPro player app can convert (free app) and can also be used to select pan, angle, etc but that locks you into place when you export. I prefer to export as equirectangular and choose shots in final cut as I edit. And yes, camera mount is permanent mount to the wing, not suction cup.
