1:14:15 Sydney's 5mil people live in 12,367.7 km2, while Belgrade's 1.3mil live in 1,035 km2, you have to look at population in the context of area, Belgrade is 3-4x denser than Sydney in a 12x smaller area, Australia, Canada and the US are unique in the world with their sprawled cities which are divided in downtowns (CBD) and uptowns, the rest of the world doesn't have that concept. Paris has nearly 4x as many people in roughly the same area than Sydney. Madrid has more people living in 8x smaller area than Sydney. There are big cities in the world, it's just a matter of defining "big".

Nicely spotted! That was not Djoković restaurant early in the video, that was a bakery which owner has a same last name as Novak, the tennis player. Novak Djoković have his own restaurant, but it is in New Belgrade, some 5km away, near to the Belgrade Sport Arena. I like Spanian videos, I was hoping that he will visit Serbia, but I think he did not have enough time to prepare himself for this trip. He visited "The Blocks" in a different video, named them "the ghetto" but that's a wrong perspective. Although they do look intimidating, they are actually very safe, specially to West European and US standards. Belgrade do not have any dangerous hoods. It is safe in every part of the city.

As a big fan of yours from Romania, I’m a bit sad you didn’t give Bucharest a proper chance like you did with Sofia and Belgrade. I feel like you got a really wrong impression about it. Bucharest isn’t just boring soviet architecture. Unfortunately the soviets destroyed a lot of the old buildings/churches but there are still places like "Calea Victoriei”, „Elisabeta Boulevard”, „Lascar Catargiu”, "Old Town" that are stunning. Also, Bucharest was once called „Little Paris of the East” back in the 1900s. You can google that. Hope to see you back one day in Romania, Spanian, it’s a pleasure watching you.

Most European cities are tiny in terms of area, because most people live in apartments, not houses, with gardens around them. I just can’t believe you’ve been to Belgrade, the best city of night life in Europe and you didn’t experience it!?? Also just came at the top of Knez Mihailova street and didn’t walk through??!!! So many beautiful things to see and you just made a comment on the area waiting for development? Among all the beauty you went to commercial shopping center that you have in Australia as well??!! Ate the bloody stake in the country of ćevapi, sarma and roast pork??!! Bro you just wasted hour and a half of my life.

Pljeskavica not steake, Cevapi not kebab, Pivo not cola-zero, and rakija to calm the nerves not CBD oil. Our guy needs to go back to Belgrade and experience properly, for sure! Also, if you are going to buy a football jersey then buy one of each (crno belo and crvena zvezda to not risk offending half of the population 😂or try Rad, OFK, Zemun or one of the smaller teams at least to get the full local experience. Also, to not visit many of the main tourist sites, means that he need to visit again when chance. Signed, an English bloke who loves Belgrade and that region of Europe more broadly.

Actually at 26:31 they just few months ago demolished buildings there for the new road that will connect with where you're standing. Huawei building is abandoned, it was unfished building of bankrupt construction company from ex-Yugoslavia era, and its actually on auction for sale at the moment. It will be probably soon demolished for some business tower or shit. Red Star have official store in the city center also, not just stadium.

People who aren’t from Europe always end up going to the wrong places 😂. The thing is that you can’t compare a country and a continent. Like when you’re saying that you’ve been to Paris or Rome and their cities are a few millions and you compare it to Sydney well that’s not a fair comparison. Whole Australia as a continent has 26 million people but in Europe as a continent its 750 million people. Europe is a continent. Paris or Rome is a city of a country which is included in the continent. Europe as a continent is 10.53 million km(2) and Australia is 7.688 million km(2) Europe is highly populated and very densely.

Nailed it bro. I think if you do a deep dive into why so many of us are " ashamed" of our flag, people and history, you will get angry. I was when I found out. Its good to see you waking up Spanian.
