Do you want tacos but don't want to go out to the fast-food chains or to a sit-down restaurant. That was me. So, I decided, I had all the ingredients, so I set about making it myself. It was surprisingly simple to do and so much fresher and more delicious than going out. If you want some, try my directions below and you will be more than pleased with the outcome. I promise. Directions to Crunchy Wrap
Brown 1/2 pound ground chuck, or beef. Drain grease. Add 1 Tbsp taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water. Let simmer until most of the liquid has evaporated. Meanwhile, shred lettuce, chop a tomato, get out cheese sauce, refried beans, salsa, taco sauce, 10 inch flour tortilla, and tostada. Lay the flour tortilla flat on board. Spread beans, cheese sauce, salsa, taco sauce, tomatoes, and lettuce. Lay tostada on top. Tuck and fold the tortilla around the tostada. If it does not cover the tortilla completely, tear off a small piece of tortilla from another slice and lay in center and fold around it. In a not skillet, melt a small pat of butter. Lay tortilla down, fold side first, in skillet. Let it brown and crisp up, turning once. Remove from skillet when both sides are golden. Add extra taco sauce and salsa if wanted.
You can change the ingredients to whatever you like. Add guacamole, shredded cheese, onions, your choice. It will be delicious.
