Good Wednesday Morning Jay😊 I truly appreciate the advice/wisdom you share... For my leg training day I perform 4 sets of 20 repetitions. For me it works like a charm, Overall I do 15-20 reps for all muscle groups I train. Cardio I mostly focus on lately, due to being older and my metabolism slows down, I do cardio six days a week for 30 minutes a session. Thank you again Mr. Jay Cutler!! Keep up the awesome motivation and training.

If you're trying to get stronger, compounds first. But if you're trying to get bigger, follow this mans advice. He is diaked in at the beginning and broadening out as he gets exhausted which gives other muscles a chance to assist in getting more volume at the targeted muscles.

One of the smartest training Mr. O’s. Came out through the other side with his health fairly intact it seems. I was amazed to find out he avoided bench presses and preferred dumbbells and incline angles. Such a big dude I figured that’d be a staple for his chest exercises.

Alot of big bodybuilders do some type of pre-exhuast work before squats. You can get the same stimulus with less weight and less risk of injury. You won't look as cool squating less but your body will be happier in the long run

The leg extension first, helps get blood into the legs, loosen up those knees. Then doing a press before a squat allows you to squat with less weight, get the same results, and less load on your back.

Why would u do squats or hard leg excersies last wouldn't your legs be fatigued so you can't lift as much. I was under the impression and what I do is do hack squat or squats first followed by the leg press, then hamstring machine then calve raises then if I have time I do leg extension last. Only becuase squat is quad focused and leg press quad focused so somtimes don't feel the need to over work the quad on leg extensions.

Ok guys, don't do this. Leg extension works quads.. but not glutes, adductors and abductors. So basically when you're going for heavier compounds like squats, you can't press with the same intensity..

I think they're ok to be used as a warmup. That way you don't need to spend 20 minutes warming up and you can start working up to your working weight for squats
