Are the numbers from the positive part when rotating anti-clockwise supposed to switch? like(1,4) when rotate gonna be (-1,4)??

I think it would be better if we imagine /treat the centre of rotation as the origin, redefine the given points and find the other ones

Mr. David is it only A Aprime and C Cprime that the perpendicular lines can be drawn?
@CSECMathematics
8 жыл бұрын
+shonella morgan No. You can use B and B prime as well. All you need is two lines in order to find the center of rotation. You can find the perpendicular bisector of AA'', BB' or CC'. They will all intersect at the center of rotation. All you have to do is choose ANY two of them.

Excuse me sir, how would you know when to move clockwise or anti-clockwise?

If they ask you to perform a rotation they will tell you whether clockwise or anticlockwise.

Yes, I realised that practice is the key to mastering this topic. I have been pausing the video and practicing for this whole evening. I am getting there.
