Thanks for the excellent videos. At the moment I load my csv in the wizard I can not find the "Request Type" field, add the field on the screen but without success. Hope you can clarify my doubt.

Request type is a JSM specific field and for some reason that field does not show up in the regular import, but only in the External System Import found in the system settings: Administration > System > Import & export > External system import

Hi Jane, what kind of test scripts do you want to import? Is it for one of the test apps?

It's show for me an error when I'm trying import 10000 issues in a same time, that is necessary chage config in the permissions for value bigger that 250 that in same time. Can do you say, when is this place to change this config? Thanks

Hi Alexandre, sorry for late reply and thank you for a good question. There is a cap at 250 users when you import as a regular user that I forgot to mention. This cap is not something you can get around if you are on cloud. On DC I think you can adjust the jira.bulk.create.max.issues.per.import flag, but I have not tried it so I can confirm. For a large number of issues you can use the External System Import that you find in the System settings. It requires you to have System access however so if you are not a Site Admin you might need to ask for help from one to get this done.

@@alexandreschafer Yes, ask the admin of your platform for help. I am not sure how many issues you can import in one go, but you can always split your import if it is less than 10k. I hope you get this working for you as splitting up into 40 files is not fun...
