OMG!!! Alec Baldwin is so handsome!!! That was one of the most memorable acceptance speeches ever. That was the first year that they decided to really use the cue music to strictly enforce the speech time for each winner because people were complaining that the Oscar is too long and it was so restrictive that it was embarrassing and even traumatic for some of the winners. It was so invigorating to see that Cuba Gooding Jr. instead of getting defeated by the music, actually triumphed over the music and made the music work for him in giving his speech!
