Ever heard of - Fonebastian Unexpected Framework - (should be on google have a look ) ? It is a good exclusive guide for learning powerful methods to build your Chi energy without the normal expense. The Dao is about the awareness and BALANCE of ALL of our energies. Desire/Asceticism are not random, they induce the "theater" of the experiences/lessons that (when transmuted) further the trajectory of our consciousness and Spiritual/Charismatic potency (the seeds of evolution). Can we evolve organically without seamlessly integrating and embracing ALL of Our polarities as Self? Genius and power are minor by-products of balance and self-acceptance at the highest order...... effortless. "The Dao is the way"-Lao Tzu. "What is simple is easy to know"-I Ching.

Awesome video, I've been exposed to these ideas in the past but it is nice to have someone articulately present it and remind me of why I'm on the journey of SR. I see sexual energy as a sword that you can either use to your advantage to conquer obstacles in life or you may end up hurting yourself with it if you do not understand how to wield it.

Anyways on my way there Im driving (its too far for my old doggy to walk all the way) and this random lady just smiles and waves at me so enthusiastically. And then im at the park and i noticed twice that these random little green baby praying mantises kept crawling on me. I went home and watched anther video of yours about how all life, including dogs and even insects, attract to you when on retention and it connected all at once. very cool stuff.

Nikhil, i relapsed after day 10, can you pls make more videos about transmuting your sexual energy ?
@retentionforever1455
5 жыл бұрын
Hey nikhil, I had a question about transmuting sexual energy, Since I basically try my best to increase my testosterone levels by weight lifting, eating healthy, cold showers my sex energy I’d like to believe is high also I’m 21 but every 7-12 days I’m having either a wet dream or semen leaking when I urinate, I don’t think I’ve ever gone more than 14 days without my semen finding a way to escape except once. I hope this is the reason I’ve not noticed that many benefits from no fap even though I’m on day 142. It probably is because I’m not transmuting and therefore i always get wet dreams, the only time I went 21 days without any leakage was when I went to India visit family and was talking to people all day and therefore through inspired social interactions my energy was transmuted anyway. So how can I transmute my sex energy do you think doing simple meditation by just saying in when breathing in and out when breathing out while listening to nature music counts as meditation since I really don’t understand the spinal breathing too much yet, And is there any proof that meditation transmutes sex energy Thank you very much Nikhil
@CaptainSinbad
5 жыл бұрын
What you are doing counts as meditation -- I'm not sure if there is proof. I made a video on how to transmute sexual energy, you may want to do more of all the activities mentioned. But I wouldn't worry too much about the leakage. You are just young.

Hey Nikhil, I have one more question, if I have a certain amount of sexual energy and convert it to spiritual energy by transmuting through meditation and yoga, won't my physical attractiveness go down since usually the people who meditate and do yoga aren't the ones who attract girls it usually seems like they're older and don't care about their looks. I know it's shallow to just increase my attractiveness but I really like this girl and we are friends and I feel she likes me to and if I can increase my aura and magnetism by transmuting that would mean so much but it just seems to me that the guys that are successful with women are risk takers and in a sense wild but meditators and people who do yoga are calm and passive so my question is does doing yoga and meditation to transmute sexual energy actually make you more sexually attractive

I think the difference in the retention perspectives has to do with geography. Both cultures know that sexual urges are the most powerful energies. On either side of Himalayas, it's all come down to resources you have to control your urges and isolation from the those urges. Islam, Hinduism, Christianity, Judaism (religions from left side of Himalayas) strictly say no to even one single sexual thought because once thought comes, it increases the chances of relapse manifold. You will fight it once, twice, maybe 10 times, but ultimately you'd cave in. And since this side was most exposed to sexual influences of time, it would be very difficult to not give in to urges. It had sea routes and the known world and it's vices had easy access. However, on that side - Chinese and Japanese cultures, they were close knitted and isolated cultures for most part of the history till globalization occurred. So they had less worries of any foreign influences on their culture. Thus their system permits sexual stimulation and retaining it, which maybe more evolved version of retention. They (Taoists- China, Japan) had less exposure to sexual stimulants of world mainly generated in Europe as it was seat of power in ancient world. Thus, their systems allowed stimulating sexual thoughts because of less resources to act on their urges. While this side (Indians, Arabs) have been sexually stimulated all the time, so they banned sexual thoughts altogether to help in the process of se men retention. I'm not sure I explained this properly but it just came to mind naturally. Just my opinion though.

Great stuff brother! This is all very interesting and intriguing and I had an aha moment when you said animals/insects are drawn to you. This summer when I was at about 6 months of retention...there was a nature park where I would walk/meditate and I would find a clearing where I would take off my shoes and connect to the earth by sitting and sunbathing...and I noticed that crickets, grasshoppers WOULD NOT leave me alone! I noticed this and wondered why they weren’t afraid but I would just sit and watch them come toward me like I was a magnet to them, I would gently brush them off repeatedly and watch them come back to me immediately and attach themselves to me and tried to bite or nibble on me gently. It was annoying at first, but after studying what was happening, I found it endearing...like their was a part of me that they wanted or were drawn to

Day 137 of retention. Starting OBVIOUSLY noticing the effects on day 129 EXACTLY. The best way I can describe it is that your pelvic floor is in a more constant state of contraction which in turn stabilizes the core and makes you feel “bolted to the floor” is the best way I can describe it. Like nothing can move you or push you over if you don’t want it to. After that, every step feel like a “penetration” forward into whatever. It feels like every step you take there are roots binding you to the floor as you move. It feels powerful, and I feel compelled to move forward. I don’t know what this translates into but if any of it makes sense to anyone else, it’s real. I’m not sure where it goes from here but I’m starting to stand up MUCH more straight and erect and my shoulders are feeling this need to pull back behind my chest. Moreover, emotionally I feel “vital”, in that I am wanting to move more, or maybe more accurately, to sustain forward motion throughout the day. I can honestly say I’ve never had feeling like this. I would call it positive and very worth the investment of time, patience, and deprivation. Deprivation is key, not just in retention, but in food and sleep as well. Retention has taught me that my body can handle going on even MORE efficiently with less sleep and less food by at least half. I eat once a day till I am full with no restriction on what I eat and as a result I can only sleep 5 hours a night. My body simply won’t let me sleep more because it’s not needed. It is the self imposed deprivation that takes you to the places of true self knowledge. I did both a 7 day and a 10 day WATER ONLY fast. I know what I’m made of now. At the minimum I can be exceedingly functional on all levels within 10 days of nutritional deprivation.... PERIOD. There are no more doubts now and so I’ve pushed forward depriving myself of More and more. As I let things go, it seems that my deeper internal faculties compensate a degree that I could not have imagined had I not deprived myself. In essence, it hardens you as a human. I’m becoming hardened, you find your value as a entity that can sustain itself under adverse conditions, and you begin to relinquish fear and self doubt. I have found that the deprivation cannot be externally imposed, it must be self inflicted, conscientiously and with desire. By desire I mean you have to “desire” the pain of the deprivation you are about to impose on yourself. That pain must take on a different context in the mind. It’s value must be put above pleasure and comfort. Once you’ve redefined the value of pain and welcome it as a force to make the individual stronger, the pain molds you into a harder and sharper object in the world. Like honing a blade, it requires pressure and abrasion but the end result is a tool that can cut through most objects it encounters. That’s what a man should be I believe. Retention is simply a means of honing ones metaphorical blade. In short, the more prolonged the deprivation of the vital sources of sustenance and energy ie (food, sex, sleep), the more the innate faculties of the individual are expressed and are developed in perpetuity. Those have been my observations to this point in my journey.

Dear Captain I would like to ask a question regarding semen retention is I have Followed Nofap Many a times And Yes it does accumulate many benefits. I have heard that suppressing these sexual feelings may impact our physiology. But recently. Ive read multi orgasmic man by mantak chia in Which he has mentioned that Orgasm is different from ejaculation and thats the right way to look at orgasm. What would u say on whether it would carry same benefits by enjoying orgasm without ejaculation while enjoying orgasms and also channelising the same accumulated energy upwards Which way is good Mantak chia's or Complete Nofap Response would be appreciated Thank you

Tantra practitioners also teach to cycle the sexual energy through your body without releasing semen. Which comes across as a heightened awareness of pleasure with a sudden relief. Some call it orgasm without ejaculation, but it's a very different feeling. It comes across as a moment of ecstasy though. Catholic saints had moments of ecstasy, possibly as a result of refraining from sexual activity, appreciating sexual desire as pleasurable and a gift from God. Allowing the sexual desire to wreck havoc on the body, eventually coming across as an ecstasy.

Hey Capt. I want to open a dialogue with you. I might do something similar in China with their 'youtube' platform and basically do things to self improve myself and encourage others to do the same. The greatest thing in this world is to be selfless and help those in need, something i say to myself. I have a small audience and their lives improved just me being here, but ill do it in a wider platform. So if you dont mind i would use some ofyour materials. Now as for cultivating Chi. You have to becareful on how to do it. There are many paths to doing this and doing it long periods of time can be dreadful to health. Esp if one is not doing No-Fap. And where would you store the Chi? This is the problem with mystics who are in the internal martial arts. They try to use their Chi in a real fight and its useless. I beleive it can be used but needs a higher master to guide. But yea i doubt any people here will do 1+ hours of Chi work to cultivate it.. I am but im regaining my past self (i use to cultivate Chi for 1-2 years or so). The benefits were not that ground breaking. Infact it was null to say the least. Chi practice is a lifelong journey, more than 1-2 years or so, poss 4-5 to see the benefits of them.

Your channel is awesome. Love the content. Love it when you read out highlights from books. The way you convey your journey is inspiring. How you make ancient wisdom practical in your life has been very insightful for me on a personal level.

First of all, thanks for all your videos. I still haven't decided what's best (no sexual thoughts or the other option). I think it has to do with the dilemma, our godly nature vs our human nature. Some will say we should give up on human stuff and become divine, whereas some will say embrace our humanity, just make it healthy. Still unsure what's best..

Thanks for watching man. I struggle with the same dichotomy. I think it is for each individual to decide.

Very nice and it was written before before computer porn addiction. You also might read his "Cultivating female sexual energy." Better written and you would be Very interested duel cultivation and what is possible when you are with a woman also practicing the cultivation. And since it's Chinese it gets much more complex. After a year or 2 you can move beyond this beginning stage into the intermediate stage of the reversal of Kan and Li and then he doesn't write of the advanced stages. Iron Shirt Chi Gong is also a nice book. I, being me, skipped most of this and went into a darkroom for 6 weeks (Taoist Soul Body) -he recommends 7-21 days - it was wonderful. ah, so many possibilities you mentioned increased aggression. You've been focusing on the development of the raw male sexual Power, I suspect that the aggression will smooth out as you become used to/normalize the increased level of T and then refine it. Shanti

What do you think about his exercises described in the book? I only read the first chapter where he talks about the importance of semen retention but his exercises seem kind of unnecessary to me. I think through daily meditation, pranayama, keeping a clean diet, fasting, cold showers and exercise you are already transmuting your sexual energy in a healthy way. But what do you think?

I agree with you completely. I have no interest in the exercises really.

@@CaptainSinbad Just watched your pranayama video and I think its a great way to circulate your sexual energy and awaken your "prana" or "chi". Gonna do this every day now, great video :)

Great video man. I love the info on Mantak Chia. His one of the reason I started this journey last year. I like how you bring your truth from your culture and compare it with another culture, just to realize it so similar and we’re on the right path. U keep on impressing me. Can’t wait for the next vid :)

in the mantak book it is said that it is not beneficial to stimulate your yang energy without a corresponding yin. this is a fact from personal experience.

Certainly, it is difficult for all of us to keep up with all of the reading that we would like. Personally, I have so many interests that it’s beyond me to absorb as much information as I’d like. I have even done away with things like watching TV and going to movies. So, you sharing any highlights from anything you read is a great interest to people like myself.

After learning about tantric and taoist approach to desire and sexual pleasure I could not digest Sivananda, who sounded like a moralizing Catholic priest, basically saying: "pleasure is evil". I understand that for someone following the path of the monk, rejection and avoidance of desire is necessary, but for someone who tries to learn to see things in non-dualistic manner, such categorical statements about the evils of desire are just silly and false. Maybe it's just a method, but he sounds like a religious fanatic ;)

I'm afraid I dislike Mantak Chia's methods of teaching. I've read more than one of his books, in fact three. What he offers is supposed to be a complete method of a skill, and yet what I found was in each case he left out a key component that he said was needed for safe practice. In each case he said that this was clearly showcased in the next book. To me this smacks of money grabbing, hustling, and bait and switch. Yes I know he has lots of appreciative students, and I am sure I will take flack for this opinion. Still this will remain my honest opinion. You are certainly entitled to appreciate him as a teacher, I respect his knowledge, it's his style I have a problem with.

Hmmm... I know its old, but in the book he said karezza is a cop out on a full body orgasm, its learning to channel the energy and distribute it throughout where karezza, while a good practice, is falling short of the books main goals

Hello. 😎 is it the actual retention of the semen per se, that gives the benefit? I know that science is not always correct. However, is there any science as to whether or not semen builds up past a certain point, and if so, is it simply held in the scrotum. Or perhaps the sperm at least, might be recycled and new sperm added? I Can imagine the confidence gained from your and from others experiences, as mine as well, be the product of “ conquering such a primal urge and “ feel good”? Not a naysayer at all. I admire your work and your open sharing. Just a curious question,😎
