Oh I've been needing to find this exact topic. Between my family losses qe lost over 150 residents in the nursing home I'm stuck in. I was tge president of the residents council and knew most of them. I'm dizzy trying to figure out how to deal with the grief of those. And we're locked in yet again, 2nd Christmas seasons in a row. We are back in a situation where 16 staff have omnicron and 3 residents so life is like a life sentence in prison, no activities, no visitors, just being lockèd in our rooms, so there's no reason to get out of bed again. Sadly residents have no support to help us through all of this

I have lost my mom, two brothers and my sister in a period of 18 months. These last two years have been horrible for my family. In addition to losing my close family members, I also last several cousins and two aunts. I hope 2022 is a better year for use. Now I am in constant fear that I am going to lose more family members.

I love listening to Dr Bill Webster! He talks about hard issues, but always ends with Hope, Empowerment and the Resilience of the human mind and spirit. If you are someone out there struggling with any form of grief, large or small, watch all his videos.... Give them a chance!! You will experience healing and moments of surprise, touchpoints of healing along your journey of accepting, then releasing pain! You are on a new road. Embrace hope!

Thank you Dr Webster, for this video, you put it in to perspective, chaos is for sure a great word. We all feel threatened by this virus. Structure and routine never really thought of this, good idea. You have said everything that I have felt, yes the mixed messages have really upset me, what is right and what isn’t right ugh! Thanks for your video.
