AIRY CURD BUNS

Flour 1 kg
A pinch of salt
Vanilln 1/4 tsp.
Yeast 1 tsp without a slide
Sugar 2 tabespoons
Baking powder 1/2 tsp.
butter 100 g
Warm milk 300 ml
1 egg
Filling:
Cottage cheese 800 g
1 egg
Sugar 200 g (if you don't want too sweet, you can do less)
Sour cream 2 tbsp
Dried fruits, raisins
For the dough, add salt, vanillin, baking powder, yeast to the flour. Next, break the egg into a bowl, add soft butter and warm milk. Knead the soft dough and leave to rest for 1.5 hours. Roll out the risen dough, distribute the curd filling and dried fruits, cut into portions and let it rise again, leaving for 20 minutes. Grease with a mixture (yellow + milk) and send it to a preheated oven at 180° for 30-40 minutes. These are very tasty buns, try your friends!
