cottage cheese 2 glasses of 250 ml. (500 g)
sugar 4 tablespoons (100 g)
vanilla sugar 1 teaspoon (10 g)
starch 1 tablespoon (30 g)
sour cream (20-25%) 4 tbsp. lie (100 g)
3 eggs
Loose dough:
flour 6.5 tablespoons (280 g)
cocoa 4 table. spoons (without slide) - 40 g.
sugar 4 table. spoons (without slide) - 80 g.
salt a pinch
butter 1 pack (180 g)
shape 22 centimeters
bake at 180°C(360F)/40 minutes
