Dough:
- 220g cottage cheese
- 1 egg + 1 egg white
- 130g flour
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- a pinch of salt and vanilla
Filling:
- 140g cottage cheese
- 1 yolk
- 1 tbsp. sour cream
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- any berries
Bake in a well-heated oven at 180°C for ~ 20 minutes. Baking time depends on the features of your oven.
