Ingredients
230-250 g raspberries
160 g of egg white (you can take 1 egg + 100 g of protein)
50 g erythritol
a pinch of salt
250 g fat-free ricotta/cottage cheese (I have 3%, 74 cal/100 g)
15 g oat bran
2 g psyllium
1 tsp baking powder
20 g coconut flakes for dusting
I used a 24x24cm baking dish. I advise you to take a smaller form, then the cake will turn out higher.
Bake for 35 - 40 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
