I have pantreatic insufficiently and take Creaton. I am T2DM. Was on insulin 20:32 but no good results along with weight gain. On fasting 12 hours a day and good diet rest of day. Loosing some weight slowly and glucose is down.

I’m most of the way through this video now, Nick. Phenomenal job. One question - were you able to ascertain the precise amount of Harmine that was used to generate the results on the human beta cells? I can’t seem to find it.

Actually yea, you should have access to the full version through Patreon - I mention it near the end. I don't mention it in this version.

@@Physionic You believe, and I know it’s far from proven, but right now you believe, not beyond a reasonable doubt but more likely than not, based on your best guess, that type one diabetes is caused by some sort of virus 🦠 and if so is there anyway you could begin to classify which one it might be? Many thanks 🙏

Haha, I like all the qualifiers you put in there. No, I believe there are several mechanisms of type 1 diabetes, like I mentioned. One of them is due to viral infection (doi: 10.1101/cshperspect.a007682).

So far it seems like a much better treatment for type 2. Naturally, type 1s will be up against their immune system. Cures have typically been considered something beyond the reach of the immune system, which imo sounds like it has its own risks as well. Hopefully something works out soon. Tons of people (mostly kids) got type 1 due to covid. The system was not ready for the influx.

Nick, I wanted to share this presentation with you. It's an update on this research from just a few months ago. kzitem.info/news/bejne/onqqmp-NhWljhoo They're making progress on narrowing in on the effective dosages, as well as outlining safety parameters. I would imagine this research will hit the Zeitgeist soon, and we should other science/health YT channels discussing it, but you were on the cutting edge, brother! Exciting stuff.

Stop eating carbs, begin intermittent fasting for few weeks and then OMAD for another couple of weeks. After losing 10% of your body weight your NAFLD will go down. Try to find choline bitartrate as it helps to reduce fat in liver. I did the same in 2021 when my enzymes were higher.

Dear Nickolas. All work is worth paying. I would like to do that, because I follow your analysis and it helps indeed in changing lifestyle and discussions with doctors. But... I hate the system. You ask 10 dollar a month and the system makes me pay 14 dollars, and I am sure you have to pay them 20% to 40% of what you gain. Beside the fact that only looking to your content is making them generate a crazy amount of advertising. I hate consumerism. And besides the fact that it separates those who can pay and cannot. By making people pay for the news(paper) is reducing the number of people that read to only those who can pay. It is probably less than one% of the world population that get well-informed information. Is there a way to hack te system? This was a long time ago the dream of internet: democratisation of knowledge. And see whats happening... I hope we find a solution, I refuse to bow my head for the system. Never Obey, never give up.
