I can totally imagine the spices like the Sichuan pepper, star anise and cardamom working very well in a stewed curry like this. Nice work Chris!

Morning Uncle Chris, THIS looks so mouth watering. I can't wait to make it. It also reminds me of back home in Grenada on Saturday morning, when the Indian side of my family cook outside in the yard on the coal pot.
