I have the D90 and Range Rover and happy so far. Rotating the skid is almost a necessity-and four screws on the bottom make it easy. Always appreciate the micro coverage!

The FCX24M oil shocks are so good, the spring rates are perfect and the travel is super smooth. SCX24 oil shocks are decent too but not as smooth and leak a little.

Wish you would have at least shown how the skid from the FMS lines up. Is it the same width as a FCX SKID? Are mounting holes the same center to center?

What cage is that? Who makes it? I've only been mini crawling about a year and I've not seen that cage...but I want to do another ground up build And that's the cage I want. Help please!?🙏🙏

That cage was designed by Gamyrc but printed and sold on the shapeways website which is a 3d printing site. They were sold way back when the scx24 first released. They recently declared bankruptcy so I don’t think they are operating anymore. The site still shows up but I couldn’t get anything to pull up on the site. Probably be kinda hard to get ahold of now. This chassis was called the rum runner. Here’s a link but I haven’t been able to get it to load. www.shapeways.com/product/JHEYW3TJW/rum-runner-scx24

1/24 stuff is expensive af. If im going to spend over $400-$500 on a rig im going 1/10 vanquish even. These smaller scale aftermarket parts etc are ridiculous.

I have spent about 350-400 (Canadian dollars) on my ax24 and I don’t have much regrets about it. However I think for the same amount of money, I could have bought then started building a 1/10 FMS Atlas. But it is nice knowing my tires and rims cost less than just 2 tires with foams for 1/10 scale. Basically 1/10 parts cost even more in my opinion.
