My shop lost almost 2-years dealing with a miserable customer service department. I had active, hands-on time in the neighborhood of 6-months trying to fix an expensive tool. I finally got it sold at a loss of $4,000, but that doesn't take into account the time lost where I could have been building things and producing content. This was a real big hit to Gunflint Designs.
