Times have changed. If sound man don't evolve with it then it's all over. Selling music don't make money even for hip hop artiste. It's the endorsements and other side stuff. Give thanks sir coxone. Champion song same way

Rodigan would admit Coxsone sound was the No 1 from late 1970's to 80's.Coxsone was a allround sound,Four Aces club was the rave that every Reggae artist had to come to on a Wendesday night.before that Roaring Twenties.Big up Coxsone!!One man they forgot was Lenny Santic for Lovers Rock. The best Carnival was 1975 Coxsone.

This is why in Germany the limited Techno pressings are still keeping that Jamaican spirit alive even Caribbean vibes, not the same as our heritage but it's all about the limited pressing, MPfree isn't anywhere because too much soulless music out there for free. Only quality is limited press - He tell the truth about Louisa Mark

I don't k ow about Rodigan busting new artists but I think we can all agree he's done more for reggae than most sound man fullstop ... don't get me Coxsone is one of the greats but I don't agree with what he said about Rodigan... I was in Cyprus over 25 years ago listening to Rodigan on radio over there pushing our music while next man are booking christening.. no diss intended but Lowe Rodigan peeps

This is someone who grow up with the music, not like y'all Johnny come lately. Coxsone has been the mainstay of Reggae music since the late sixties and has done more for playing the music when it was not played on the radio than anyone Most of the Reggae music released between 1971-1979 we first heard them on dub plate thru Coxsone, something you Johnny come lately can never relate to, it is rather unfortunate that there are brothers and sisters that ought to know better, seem to gravitate to any white or foreign person and forget the great contribution of our Jamaicans so no Rodigan has not done even half the contribution of Coxsone and many Jamaicans in the UK as far as promoting Reggae music neither has he gone through the racism and the beatings of the Nazi police in those days.
