It works mostly for layers, since you pull the back all the way to the front. Meaning it stays long in the back. If you want that shorter you have to cut a lot off, making the layers shorter as well. Or you can do what Cindy did and cut some of the length afterwards.

Rogaine is very helpful! Only thing that's worked for me and made a significant difference in my androgenic hair loss. I know you're not into non-natural, but I take comfort in knowing that there are no known long term risks associated with using it - and it's been around a while. If all else fails, giving it a good six month go may make a difference for you - I like the men's foam and use it once a day (instead of twice, since women use half the dose) and it's an easy nighttime routine to maintain. I know you want natural and I feel the same, but I got tired of trying everything else - the foam is a lot less greasy, too.

I’ve been cutting my own hair like this for the past 10 years. Let me give you a tip. When you put it up, put it on the top of your head, not on your forehead. This will help it make more layers and not leave the back of it way too longer than the rest of the hair. Try it next time and let us know what you think.

@@mollylollipops hi! not exactly like in a high pony, maybe even higher but not too close to your forehead? I don't know how to explain this lol I'm not english speaker. But I'll try. Imagine the top of your head being like a flat plate. You will mark the center of the plate and tie your hair in the center. Does it make sense? Before watching your vlog of today, I want to give a reaction to your livestream (that I didn't get to watch live but saw just a couple of hours ago): Dear Cindy, I, for one, think that you and your date are doing pretty okay! I think he is a communicator and you can learn a lot from him and he can from you. You are learning a lot each day anyway: from your own feelings&thoughts, from your workbooks, therapy and now - again, lucky you - from dating this guy (who will tell you his mind). It all will let you grow and it will make you learn a lot as long as you are willing to keep listening to your inner voice and keep on track with therapie and stuff - it is all part of your (lifelong) journey, the good and the bad, and it will make you become more and more the person you yourself will like and love (and sometimes dislike but thats because you're only human). Please stay honest and true to yourself, for your own sake! I wish you both well and fun!🌷XXX🌷

Eating with supplements is vital since many will not absorb properly without food. It's not necessarily about stomach upset with vitamins/supplements but that they will pass right through unless they're taken with food. Not all are like that but if the Dr in the book you're following says to eat with a specific supplement there's a reason for it & should be done. Just take them all at once with whatever meal is easiest. Even a snack will do. For example, Vit D3 is fat soluable will do nothing if you don't eat with it Edit: eating with spironolactone (Aldactone) is also important & it should say to take with food on the Rx bottle

Have you tried thickening shampoos, they really work! I don't have a hair thinning problem but my hair is just naturally a thin texture and I tried it once and I looked like I had a Lion's mane! You should give it a try and do a video about it! It works by putting negative ions in your hair so that the individual hairs repel away from each other instead of sticking close together. It doesn't regrow your hair, it just gives the appearance of thicker, fuller hair and it may help you feel less subconscious about it until you start to regrow your hair. You can also use the root touch up spray to help until you start to regrow you hair, there is no need to wait 3 to 6 months to feel better about this issueAlso, instead of doing a straight part in your hair which shows the scalp more maybe try doing a zig zag part to see if that helps. You could use a small black hair clip in the back of the baby doll top to cinch it, so it fits better.
