**pre-heat the oven on 220 degrees for 20 mins and bake it in 180 degrees for 30 mins or until the cake tester comes out clean.

250g butter
250g plain flour
395ml sweetened condensed milk
175ml water
1 1/2 tsp bi carb of soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 table spoon vanilla paste or 2 table spoon liquid vanilla
1 table spoon lemon rind
