Lars explained to Sandy: The door inners are formed/stamped stainless and the form/die used is made with an aluminum bronze alloy to prevent drag marks.

The alloy that 1st guy was asking about is in the casting of the front and back. With the battery in the middle just like the Y made in Texas too.

Did he say 176,000 miles on his Model Y? He must drive for a living or travel all the time. It takes me 10 years to put 100k miles on my car 😅 That carbon fiber trim does look great and really goes well with the green! Glad some viewers got to see it in person.

1:39 - when the gentleman is mentioning bronze, I think he is referring to the coding on a particular large press within the factory.

Can you post a video of driving a Cybertruck in a dense downtown area, with parking and so on? This is the worst environment for pickups, I am wondering if the Cybertruck will do better…

The would have left the edges alone. I think it would look better with exposed SS edges. The wrap would adhere better without having going around a sharp corner.

It's shorter than the Ford F150. It's only a bit wider. Should be fine for North-American roads. Technically could work in Europe too but you'd just have to steer clear of old castle towns or narrow parking garages. But to be honest that was an issue with the Model X in Europe as well, the Tesla forum actually has a Google Sheets where you can add parking garages that the Model X doesn't fit into. The same would probably happen for the Cybertruck.

@@nielsvandenkieboom5034 "Technically could work in Europe too but you'd just have to steer clear of old castle towns or narrow parking garages. " Yes, i had GMC Van and Chevy Truck before. I've always staid clear of such tight spaces. But everything else was no problem at all. Including parking. First garage i have in mind that does not fit the CT, X or other such large vehicles is the Opengarage in Vienna. The Hoher Markt, The one behind the Stephansdom does not fit ANY Tesla. etc. pp. I would not drive into Perugia, Urbio, Siena, Vienna inner district - but then most of those places are forbidden for cars anyway.
