While in an elderly ladys house in hawick, I spied a picture of Elibank castle. She announced she was a miss Murray her ancestral home (( she didny hae a muckle moo). Aldis is no the same at hawick, hope yer daeing fine at leith or where yir aboot noo!)

I remember seeing that castle will going down to gal. My mom and dad would say " we will go there soon". We have yet to go. :(

there is a certain tranquillity in riding a bike in the country and the opening of this video captures it nicely and so does the Muckle Mou'd Meg story creates a nice interest to the tower ruins. Great stuff.
