For today's work out, I followed an over-under threshold interval training plan. I prefer this oldschool way of following the cycling workout on the bike ride I'm about to do. But when it comes to planning an entire trainingplan schedule, tracking workouts and analyzing my workout data, fitness and progress - I choose nothing near "oldschool".
I use TrainingPeaks for this. It records and analyzes all of my powermeter data and the information that that my GPS cycling computer measures.
