This video is the best masterclass of ballade no.3 on YT. I don't understand French or Japanese, but the music really speaks, every note speaks a word that connects to be a story, a motional scene. Mr. Katsaris revives her performance significantly.

What he says is quite helpful though. He links Mickiewicz's poetry to the interpretation and uses all kinds of descriptive words. You can actually auto-translate what he says in the settings under the video but I don't know if it'll translate accurately.

Que c'est magnifique! Une telle inspiration! M. Katsaris donne vie à la musique de l'étudiant. Il n'est pas nécessaire de comprendre tous les mots. La musique parle aussi.

Des commentaires simples, très pertinents, tout en laissant une certaine liberté d'interprétation, voilà un beau travail de Maître !
